All bookings are subject to terms and conditions including cancellation charges.
MINIMUM SERVICE CHARGE
On all occasions the minimum service charge applies to all orders, including cancellation.
The minimum service charge is £36.00 including vat.
If the value of a booking is less than £30.00 ex vat (£36.00) then NO REFUND would be granted. A refund will exclude the Minimum Service Charge which is deducted before any refund is due *subject to the conditions below
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A BOOKING IS CANCELLED BEFORE A DRIVER IS ALLOCATED?
*You can cancel or change the date of a booking BEFORE a driver is allocated free of charge. You will receive a full refund. Your booking date can be changed free of charge to a different date so long as no other changes are made. Any other changes will incur an admin fee plus mileage change charges.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A BOOKING IS CANCELLED AFTER ALLOCATED TO A DRIVER?
*If you cancel AFTER a driver has been allocated and en-route, you will be refunded 75% of the booking. The minimum service charge applies.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A BOOKING IS CANCELLEDAFTER DRIVER ARRIVED TO COLLECT?
If a booking is cancelled or aborted when the driver arrived, you will be refunded 50% of the booking. The minimum service charge applies.
WHAT HAPPENS ON DRIVER ARRIVAL IF – NO GOODS TO COLLECT / DRIVER CANCELLED ON ARRIVAL / A FAILED COLLECTION / NO RESPONSE AT PICK-UP / REFUSED OR DECLINED GOODS / CANCELLED BY SUPPLIER / CLOSED PREMESIS / UNABLE TO LOAD / WRONG SIZE VEHICLE BOOKED?
*You will be refunded 50% of the booking. The minimum service charge applies.
We reserve the right to charge for waiting time, manual labour for loading goods, parking charges, road tolls and any additional fee paid in by our driver to fulfil your delivery.
*Booking status change to CANCELLED ON ARRIVAL If any of the following occurs during transit – (1.) Courier unable to locate the pickup address. (2.) Customer unable to locate goods. (3.) Goods not ready for dispatch. (4.) No response at pickup address. (5.) Pickup address shut/closed. (6.) Courier is unable to gain access / road closures. (7.) Goods require 2-man team to load. (8.) Goods exceed the vehicle size or weight limit capacity. (9.) Incorrect vehicle size booked to carry load. (10.) Understated weight (kg) or Incorrect quantity of goods entered online during booking.
If any of the above applies, booking status will change to CANCELLED ON ARRIVAL.
*Order will be cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the booking value.
